To Download a video order form, click on the ORDER Image for your studio. Type in your email address where you want the Download Link to go to. Check your email, click on the download URL Link, [looks like this: https://payloadz.com/d1/?txn_id=PL287AA4BE03DE4A1 ] a new page will open up with the Order Form JPG and name on the left. Click on the NAME or the Down Arrow and the video order form will download to your computer. Go to, wherever your downloads GO TO on your computer. PRICING: We offer a variety of options which include both a Videography Recording Fee and No [or reduced] Fee to your company with Sales of Copies direct to Performers [Dancers, Actors etc] which offsets the Standard Recording fee through sales of
copies to the participants.

Information about different Video Formats
DVD vs Blueray vs USB Flash Drive
There are many different formats that you can choose from when you purchase a Live Performance Video. Because we live in a VIDEO World that has changed much in 40 years. DVD is more than 30 years old as a Playback Technology. HD [high definition], has twice the picture resolution and is the common format today. Today we film videos in 4K, which is 2x sharper than HD.
Most people cannot play 4K yet, unless you have one of the latest MACs or PCs. At this time 4K is only available as a MPEG4 video file, on the USB Flash drive option. Blueray [BL] is a HD format, and DVD is the lowest quality format of any video program. At this time when you purchase the USB Flash drive option, we provide both 4K and HD video files. If you cannot play the 4K, play the HD file. If you cannot play the HD file - more than likely you need a much newer computer.
Computers with an HDMI cable connection can be hooked to a TV for playback of the USB on your TV. If you have a high end computer that plays 4K, and a 4K TV you can play the 4K version. Often the best results are experienced by copying the Video File onto your computer/hardrive as 10gigs is a lot of data, and some computer cannot playback the USB Video file fast enough to work.
THE SPRITE MEDIA PLAYER
- for TV or Projectors
We offer a Nice Video Player for USB flash drives, called the SPRITE which can be easily connected to a TV or Video projector to play back the HD Mpeg4 version of the Live Performance video or any Mpeg4 video. There is no 4K Version at this time. This player is easy to use for playing videos from a USB drive, once you turn it on and put in the USB, it starts playing! It has a menu too, like a DVD would have [similar anyway], and we can help customers with using the Sprite. It has many features designed for Museum and Theme Parks, and works great with TVs.
Price is $100 shipped Free with any video production job or purchase of a live event video, and can be picked up at Dance Studio if arranged with them.
A Blueray Player with USB player
The SAMSUNG BD-H5100
This player, which we've found at Best Buy stores is another option for playing back a USB Flash Drive to a TV. Model Numbers may change, check online or in the store.
Live Performance Videography details
Event Videos are filmed usually with 1 or 2 Cameras, depending upon the Budget, the Desire of the Director/Studio or the
anticipated sales of copies.
Often for our 1st Year recording a specific client we film with 1 Camera, then maybe upgrade coverage to 2 cameras in future years if sales are high enough. To the right are examples of 2 camera and 1 camera shows, to give you an idea of how they differ in look and filming style.
